The Document Library
- Provides a central repository for electronic versions of;
- A company's Standard Operating Procedures
- External Regulatory Documents relating to the business practice
- All other documents the company deems necessary for employees to access, e.g. Staff Handbook, task specific training etc.
- Allows users with the necessary access levels to add documents where applicable. The addition of new documents alerts the applicable employees to its presence via an 'Alert Message' to affected employees
- Stores archived copies of all previous versions of documents for access by users or for audit purposes
