Individual Staff Training Records

An individual record is maintained within Prefect TMS that can be accessed by the end user in addition to the training manager and or the employee's line manager, providing all groups concerned with accurate and up to date information regarding any employees training, competency and development. These records include;

• A list of all documents, (and the version number) read and to be read
• All test results and tests to be taken/re-taken and the date a user needs to complete their testing by.
• Skill Competency Levels for individual tasks/roles
