A. The Prefect training management system has been designed with its users in mind. The development process has included input from people that have to use the system. The system has been benchmarked against existing systems in the market and we have gone one better than the rest by offering a more inclusive package that is both user friendly and cost effective. A. As part of our service we will configure the system to migrate existing training data into the Prefect system. If your existing data exists in a SQL Server Database or simply in Excel workbooks this transfer will be very quick. Even if your data has been stored electronically in a different way or if you are using handwritten records our IT team will work with you to transfer all your data efficiently and without any loss of information.
A. This is a very important feature of the Prefect training management system. Electronic records and signatures are deemed acceptable providing that they comply with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. Each user is supplied with a public key, (User ID) and a private key, (password) and sign off on documents read, tasks completed and multiple choice exams completed must be undertaken through entry of the private key before the function done will be recorded on the system. Thus the Prefect system is compliant with existing regulations regarding electronic records and signatures. For more information see compliance.
A. The system is designed in such a way that you can input as much or as little information as you wish. You are given the ability to add as many users, training modules, associated documents and training exams as you wish. The system has been designed to be flexible to accommodate your needs rather than tell you how to run your training programs.
A. Upon signature of contract to purchase the system we aim to have it configured, installed and loaded with your existing data within 4 weeks of this date. Naturally some installations will be quicker than others, however our IT team will work closely with you to keep to these timelines so that you can start benefiting from this system almost immediately.
A. Naturally we do not anticipate any issue with the system as it has validated both internally and by an independent third party. However on the rare occasion that you may need some help, we have a support team who will be able to help you with your issue. Our support team are based in the UK and know the system inside out. A. The Prefect training management system has been designed with audit purposes in mind. As such the Prefect training management system has a full audit function allowing those with the correct access to look at any user log in real time. This system is also compliant with numerous regulations & and international quality standards to help your company meet both internal and external requirements.
A. The system has been designed to give you complete control over the number of users and the information added. As such the only limitations to the number of users are based on the company size and the tier of system purchased.
A. the system has been designed for use by companies with as little as 2 users. As such we have developed 5 tier structures to accommodate all company sizes. If your company grows out of one tier, the process to move up to the next tier is quite simple. The tiers available are as follows:
- Tier 1: 1 - 50 users
- Tier 2: 51 - 100 users
- Tier 3: 101 - 250 users
- Tier 4: 251 - 500 users
- Tier 5: 500+ users
A. We are aware that the size of the company dictates the budget available to spend on training and training management. As such we have priced the system competitively so that it fits with most budgets by staggering the price in accordance with the tier system described above.
